Dear Antioch family,
If you are reading this letter, it means YOU MADE IT through this year! God’s hand has certainly carried us all and will continue carrying us forward.
David said in Psalm 90:12, “Teach me to number my days, that I might present to You a heart of wisdom.” So much of moving forward is looking back to reflect on God’s faithfulness, the lessons learned and the doors to close. On December 27th’s online service, I shared a message out of Paul’s encouragement in Philippians 3 to lay down what lies behind and press on toward the prize of the call of God in Christ Jesus. As we close the door on 2020, I want to encourage you that God has wonderful, open doors for each of us in 2021. So I’m leaving you with four tools and a podcast to help you reflect on 2020 and look forward to 2021.
The last thing I’d like to leave you with is an invitation to reengage with the Antioch Waco family to reestablish His purposes and plans for us all. On January 3rd, we will gather again, both in-person and livestreamed, for a time of worship and prayer to exalt the name of Jesus together and connect as a family.
We are so proud of you for making it through this year. Our prayer is that you are encouraged as you look back and are expectant as you look ahead.
We love you so much! Happy New Year!
