About Carl

My wife, Blair, and I helped plant Antioch Waco in 1999, and we’ve been deeply invested ever since. We have four amazing kids, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as an elder since June 2020. Over the years, I’ve held a variety of roles on staff, and I’m currently serving as the U.S. Director, helping lead Antioch’s church planting efforts across the country. I’m passionate about preaching, pastoring leaders, grilling on my Traeger, and spending time at any ranch I can get my hands on!
