Since Antioch Waco began in 1999, we have been a people who have a passion for Jesus and His purposes in the earth. We believe that Jesus through the church is the hope of the world and want to see more of Jesus in our city, nation and the nations of the earth.
Our mission is to make disciples that encounter God, disciple others and live on mission in our city, nation and the nations of the earth.

We care about the health of our employees. Health benefits, including medical and dental, are available for employees working 30 or more hours per week, and the costs of monthly premiums are covered in full by Antioch.

Antioch provides paid time off for all permanent employees. This includes paid vacation, sick time and holidays.

Encountering God and living on mission are two of Antioch's core values, and we want our employees to set an example in these areas. In additional to paid vacation and sick time, our full-time employees receive four personal days for personal reflection and spiritual renewal each year, and every employee is encouraged to use one hour for prayer each week that can be counted as part of their work hours. In addition, all employees receive additional paid time off to participate in a short-term mission trip each year.

All employees are encouraged to participate in various staff events held throughout the year. These include monthly birthday celebrations, seasonal fun events to compete and relate with co-workers and occasional holiday celebrations.

Our staff meetings are unlike most you may have seen. While we do take time to discuss the "business" side of things, we view our staff meetings as a time to connect with Jesus and others by spending extended time in worship, hearing testimonies, celebrating and honoring staff and hearing from our heroes (missionaries) in the field.
