Church-Wide Prayer & Fast

Nov. 6-8, 2023

Purpose: As we close 2023, we want to end the year with three days of prayer and fasting for unity and to contend for breakthroughs in our union with God, communion with the saints and partnership in His mission.

Prayer Guide:

1. Union with God — We want to pray and fast that the Lord would reveal anything that is keeping us from being unified with Jesus.
   1. Lord, search us and reveal any:
      1. Sin in our lives (James 5:16).
      2. Lies that we have believed about God and His faithfulness (1 John 1:6, 7).
      3. Fears that dismay us (Isaiah 41:10).
   2. And heal us from our sin, speak truth to the lies and deliver us from fear with a fresh revelation of your love and grace.

2. Communion with the saints — We want to pray and fast for breakthroughs in our relationships with our church family.
   1. Lord, would You:
      1. Show us anyone we need to encourage/support in this season (Philippians 2:2-5).
      2. Reveal to us anyone we need to extend forgiveness to (Colossians 3:12, 13).
      3. Bring breakthroughs in families that need restoration (Malachi 4:5, 6).

3. Partnership in His mission — We want to pray and fast about the ways God has called us to partner with Him and with our brothers and sisters in Christ in His mission.
   1. Lord, would You:
      1. Help me find my place in the Body and do my part (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).
      2. Work through us to reach our lost friends and the prodigals that we know (Luke 15:11-32).
      3. Bring wisdom, breakthrough, salvation, peace and healing for the people of Israel and the Middle East (Matthew 6:10).

Monday – Wednesday, 7 – 8 a.m. and noon – 1 p.m.
